Yes! Our AI model is trained to always defend your medical management choices. Whether you gave 1 gram of Vancomycin or 1 gram of Tylenol - our model will always aggressively defend your medical management. We always recommend reviewing the output for clarity/errors.

Clinicians have different styles. Many prefer short/concise bullets that are easy to read and edit. Some prefer a narrative-style MDM that explains and defends their reasoning. Others prefer to use our service to optimize for their billing per the latest guidelines. It's just a matter of what works best for you!

Unlike other AI services, no medical/note information is ever collected/stored in any capacity. As it is encrypted end-to-end, we ourselves cannot even see any information/notes submitted and have made best efforts to exceed HIPAA compliance standards. We trained our system on thousands of de-identified notes to maximize medical accuracy and generate defensive language to support your decision-making.

We charge $129/yr and offer 500 notes/month, which resets on the first of every month. For 99% of clinicians, this should be sufficient for all your notes. Yes! Many physicians consider this a business expense and all receipts are immediately emailed upon purchase from our trusted payment partner, Stripe. We offer refunds within 5 days of purchase, just email support@defendmynote.com with your full name and purchase date. Beyond 5 days, all purchases are final.

Some hospitals block payments via their internet firewalls. You can feel assured this is common practice and you should be able to purchase on your mobile phone on our website using your internet data (not hospital wifi) to create/purchase an account in a few seconds. Then you can login on any hospital browser. We use Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor, and no payment information is ever stored/collected from our service.
